Do you need to return your units?
When returning the units to Telespor, the following form must be used.
It can be filled out electronically or by hand.
Include the form in the package with the units and/or sent by email to lager@telespor.no.
NB! Remember to tag the subject field in the email with the package or shipment number and the service case ID from the user portal.

Used battery caps for Gen4/4+ will be disposed of according to the practice of replacing caps before each season.
New caps are included with the purchase of a battery and subscription .
NB! Units can not include batteries on returns!

Tracking technologies are evolving rapidly. Our devices use various networks such as GSM (2G), LTE-M, NB-IoT and LoRaWAN.
Each technology has its own characteristics and capabilities, and the choice depends on the specific needs and challenges farmers face.
Radiobjella comes standard with coverage from Telenor, but we can also offer units from Telia upon request.
The versions of our units are divided into generations, as the technology has improved.
